Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to Iberra, a managed digital presence and secure network access service for businesses.

Operator

Iberra is operated by Individual Entrepreneur LEONID CHEREDNIK, Identification No. 105689826, registered in Georgia by the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry.

Registered address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi district, Nino and Ilia Nakashidze Str., N1, building N3, apt. 3.

1. Service

Iberra provides a managed network environment in an available country location and individual access credentials for authorized team members. Georgia is the first available location.

Iberra does not provide a registered office address, postal address, company incorporation, legal residency, tax residency, banking or legal advice.

2. Business accounts

The customer is responsible for providing accurate account and billing information, protecting website-account credentials, and ensuring that Team Access credentials are issued only to authorized people.

3. Plans and billing

Launch plans are billed monthly in GEL. The applicable plan defines the maximum number of Team Access accounts available to the customer. A failed payment may place the service into a grace period before suspension.

4. Acceptable use

The service may be used only for lawful business purposes and is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Abuse, attempts to compromise infrastructure, unlawful activity or activity that materially harms the service or third parties may result in restriction or suspension.

5. Availability

Iberra operates managed infrastructure and aims to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, upstream provider incidents and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for non-payment, material breach of these terms, security reasons or prohibited use. Customers may stop using the service and request cancellation subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated when the service, pricing, legal requirements or operating model changes. The current version will be published on this page.
