Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

Monthly service

Iberra launch plans are monthly services. A customer may request cancellation so that service does not continue into a future billing period once recurring billing is enabled.

Provisioning problems

If Iberra is unable to provision the purchased service because of an Iberra-side technical failure and the service has not been made available to the customer, the customer may request a refund of the affected initial charge.

Provisioned service

Once the company workspace has been provisioned and made available for use, monthly service fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period except where required by applicable law or where Iberra agrees otherwise because of a service failure.

Failed payments

A failed recurring payment may place the subscription into a grace period. If payment is not recovered before the grace period ends, access may be suspended. Successful payment recovery may restore access.

How to request cancellation or a refund

Use the contact information published on the Contact page and include the account email and relevant order or invoice number. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
