This Privacy Policy explains the information Iberra processes to operate customer accounts, billing and managed digital presence services.

Information we process

We may process account information such as name, email address, company information, WordPress account identifier, billing/order information, service plan, Team Access metadata, service status, support communications and technical logs required for security and operation.

Passwords and payment data

Website passwords and Team Access passwords are not sent by email as part of normal service operation. Payment card data will be handled by the selected payment provider; Iberra does not need to store raw card numbers in its application database.

Why we process information

Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide the purchased service, process billing events, provision and administer company workspaces, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents and meet applicable legal obligations.

Service providers

Iberra relies on infrastructure, hosting, networking, email and payment providers as necessary to operate the service. Information is shared only to the extent needed for those services or where legally required.

Retention and security

Operational and billing records are retained for legitimate service, security, accounting and legal purposes. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect customer information.

Your requests

Customers may contact Iberra regarding access, correction or deletion requests, subject to records that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security reasons.
