Iberra is intended for legitimate business use. Customers and their authorized users must comply with applicable law and must not use the service to harm Iberra, other customers, upstream providers or third parties.

Prohibited activity

• Unauthorized access, credential theft, malware distribution or attempts to compromise systems or accounts.
• Spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation or deceptive activity.
• Distribution or hosting of unlawful content or infringement of third-party rights.
• Network attacks, deliberate service disruption, abusive scanning or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Resale, credential sharing or use outside the purchased plan where not expressly permitted.

Enforcement

Iberra may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or respond to material violations.
